Andrew Thau

Andrew Thau is a Co-Founder & Partner of UNA Sports Group. Andrew is a seasoned sports and entertainment executive with nearly two decades of experience at United Talent Agency (UTA), where he most recently served as Co-Head of UTA Sports and previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer.

During his tenure at UTA, Mr. Thau led the firm’s expansion into global sports, overseeing the development and integration of its athlete and coach representation businesses, including the acquisitions of Klutch Sports and Germany-based ROOF. He played a central role in structuring complex talent, sponsorship, and brand partnerships while managing cross-agency strategic initiatives spanning legal, corporate, and international growth.

Under his leadership, UTA Sports became a major platform within the athlete representation space, with a client roster spanning the NBA, NFL, MLB, and international football. Mr. Thau also oversaw legal and operational affairs for the broader agency and advised on corporate development, including M&A, partnership structuring, and governance.

Prior to joining UTA, Mr. Thau held senior roles in international distribution and cable operations at Twentieth Century Fox.
